Exclusive Media Group confirms filming on The Resident to start during Cannes. Hammer icon Christopher Lee joins Hilary Swank and Jeffrey Dean Morgan in new Hammer thriller.

London, May 7 2009: Exclusive Media Group today announced that The Resident has commenced pre-production and will begin 7 weeks of principal photography on May 22nd, with sets currently under construction in New Mexico. Exclusive Media Group is fully financing the project, which is to be the feature film directorial debut of Antti J. Jokinen. It will be released under the banner of the legendary British film studio, Hammer Films. Exclusive Film Distribution will be handling international sales at Cannes.
